
Three hour presentation to graduate level counselors in training on the evidence of clinical practice and how to track the effectiveness of clinical practice though the us of the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and the Session Rating Scale (SRS). Covered the use of these scales and how to track change over time. Discussed pros and cons of using these measures with clients, specifically that some will like using them and some will not. There is a general necessity to follow the needs and wants of the client so how to meet clients where they are while also tracking outcomes was presented.
